Can A0014964PA alt. be set or regulated to run 12 - 14 volts?

Good day, I am not sure what you are getting at, that alternator regulator is set at 14 volts, +/- .2 volt. If you need it to be regulated to something other than that you will need to go to a remote regulator from another company such as Balmar. Or you can install heavy diodes, big enough to handle the loads and that will drop the volts by .7 volt for each diode you put in line with the output.
