24V 100AMP ALTERNATOR 860807 NCB1-NCB2 TYPE
Attached is terminal identification, below is instruction to wire this unit.
W = rpm AC signal will NOT drive a bulb read with a DVM (DIGITAL VOLT METER) set on “Hz”
Warning lamp(L) = lamp connect via bulb to B+
IGNITION (15) = connect to B+
S = Sense connect to Batteries NOT to B+ on back of alternator.
DFM DO not connect to anything.
The NCB2 type alternators are very complex it that they communicate with vehicle ECU's for optimum vehicle performance. The reg's used on the NCB2 type alts all vary it their programming, but the above instructions should work.
