Looking for an alternator pulley

just installed a new 105 amp leece neville alternator on my Mercruiser diesel (VM Motori 320 hp) and need a smaller alternator pulley as it will not charge at idle. I tried the 107-3 double pulley, but i am still not charging until I hit 700 RPM. I have tried to order the double pully 3/8 inch belt, 5/8 inch shaft, 107-50 from CE Beckman in New Bedford MA and they tell me this is backordered from their suppliers. Do you know where I can get this part?

Good day, actually our pulley selection sucks, I would recommend that you go to an alternator rebuilder and see what they have. Most rebuilders have a huge pulley selection on their shelves or have access to a lot more pulleys than we have. Just remember to calculate your high end speed too, when you go to smaller pulleys you speed both the top and low end. Thanks

Still looking for a pulley for my leece neville 105 amp alternator. Your part number 107-50 will be in spec for the engine. Where can I get one? Can you recomend a rebuilder to try? C.E. Beckman in New Bedford MA has continued to search, but claim they are back ordered from your dealers... what is the scoop? What else can I do to get this alternator to charge at idle short of replacing it with something else?
