Leece-Neville Announces New Logo Color

leece-neville blue logoIn a continuing effort to provide a standard global image for the Prestolite corporation, it was announced today that the traditional black and red colors in the Leece-Neville Heavy Duty Systems division logo will be replaced by the standard Prestolite blue used in all Prestolite related branding. "It is imperative that we provide a globally recognized brand for the entire Prestolite family of products", says Eric Bippus, Vice President of Worldwide Aftermarket Sales. "It makes sense for us to move toward the Prestolite blue, as this is the color with wider recognition worldwide. Even in the states, where Leece-Neville has always been black and red, we made a conscious decision back in 2002 to change all supporting literature, catalogs and the corporate website to a predominantly blue theme. This is just another step in that transition process".

Leece-Neville Heavy Duty Systems is the US division of Prestolite Electric, with manufacturing in Arcade, NY and distribution in Florence, KY. The Leece-Neville division specializes in the design, development, and production of electrical charging and starting systems for the heavy duty 12 volt and 24 volt commercial vehicle, military, bus, off-road, marine, industrial and agricultural markets.
